Journey Back to New Hampshire!

This weekend I did a lot of cleaning to prep our house in CT for the market, which included the upper portion of our living room! There was so much dust up there! The beams are now free of dust, as well as the ceiling fans and chandelier! It sure was a lot of work to get it cleaned up since it is so high up! I had to use my extra tall step ladder and my long pole to reach everything up there! Both ceiling fans are inaccessible without the long pole. They’re both way up at the top! One ceiling fan had an old, broken balloon and string caught on it. I was only able to retrieve the broken balloon but was not able to retrieve all of the string. It was my grandson’s balloon that got tangled up in it. In order to get the string I would need a much taller ladder so I could untangle it by hand. I might have to bring in our standard ladder from outside but I don’t think that ladder is tall enough and I’m not sure what I could safely lean it against. We just received the photos and virtual tour from the realtor, who will be assisting us with the sale of our property in Connecticut! Our realtor only took photos of the inside of the house. Since it’s winter right now, the exterior doesn’t look anywhere as nice as it does during the spring and summer months when this house and property are so much more appealing! So I gathered up exterior photos to use.  Virtual Tour   Tips:  Select the symbol on the bottom left that is circled in red, as seen below. The screen will automatically span the room slowly but you can manually move around the room. You can move it up to see the ceiling or move it down to see the floor.
